Install Celerp
Download Celerp for your computer and install it.

Choose Restore a company backup
When Celerp starts for the first time, choose Restore a company backup.

Choose the file
Select the file your accountant sent you. Celerp shows the company name and checks the file before it creates anything. Nothing is created from a damaged file.
The backup is a snapshot. Later changes your accountant makes reach you only in a new backup.
